At Nordik By Design, we want you to love your home. If your selection doesn't perfectly suit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original Nordik By Design boxes, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
